- In order to consummate after service,provide our customers with timely and satisfactory service,and ensure the legitimate right of user and dealer,we make the following promises:

- 1. For the goods returned and exchanged because of the cause of our personnel which was verified,we will withdraw the goods and return the amount according to present prices and bear the corresponding loss.

- 2.For the goods returned and exchanged because of the cause of user and dealer,we will 
withdraw the goods and return a certain portion of amount according the present prices in consideration of the damage degree of products,without bearing relative fee.

- 3.As for nonstandard products,the goods returning for the reason of customer will be operated with the refund according to 50% of present prices.

- 4.For the goods beyond the guarantee period,accroding to practical condition and the value of the products,we will withdraw the goods and return discount refund, or reject the recycle. 

- 5.As for the arisen problems during the use,the user can consult our local stationed dealer for solution.If you need our professional technician to be present for maintenance,we will give you a concrete reply within one day according to present condition.

- 6.If part of or whole of our promise or guarantee collides with the law and local rule,we will operate in correspondence with the law and local rule.
